Flatmate Wanted for Nice Apartment Leeds Centre

Im Chris. Im looking for someone to share my apartment.
Im a nice easy-going guy to live with. My current flatmate is a girl, so I dont mind living with girls or guys.

I have really nice flat. Its on the edge of the centre of town, only 10 mins walk away, but far away enough that its totally quiet. Its in a nice area near a park.

Its a modern apartment with 2 bedrooms, a nice big living room, a balcony, a big bathroom and nice kitchen.

Im interested in a flatmate who is looking to keep the place nice to live in and likes to have fun and be sociable, is relaxed, and is just as interested in being friends as in sharing a flat. Living together should be a good experience.

I'm ideally looking for someone I click with, but at the very least someone who I get on with.
Id like someone who is easy going, and is generally a nice person.

Your room is medium sized and has a double bed plus a wardrobe, and a big window. Theres wifi all thru the flat so you can connect anywhere you want.

Im tidy and easy going, would like someone that likes to keep the place clean and a nice place to live in, but isn't uncomfortable with it looking lived in.
I keep the bathroom nice and tidy and clean :)

Lotsa nice stuff in the flat - underfloor heating, big bathroom, great shower, cool balcony, nice decor.
All modern utilites - washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, etc.
Nice big comfortable sunny living room with huge window wall and balcony to look over.

Theres no issue with any concerns about coronavirus, never had symptoms and im careful

The rent is £320 plus bills, bills are usually £80, plus £60 council tax, which will mean its £460 per month
The deposit is £300.

The excellent location and nice design of the apartment makes it well worth it. This is the biggest flat in Leeds that Ive seen.

Its a great place and everyone who has seen it before has been very happy with it.
