Bedroom comes with bed, wardrobe, 2 bedside tables and a chest of drawers. Living area and kitchen includes 2 sofas, a 4 seater dining table, TV and washing machine.

Rent is £465 per month and bills are £120 per month (including council tax, electricity and internet) = £585 per month.
