Hello! I'm looking for a flatmate to take the other double en-suite room in this apartment at West Point. The apartment is furnished and spacious with its own balcony overlooking a stunning south-facing view. The available room has a king size bed and built-in wardrobe large enough for two. The open-plan living area and kitchen get plenty of natural light. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size fridge-freezer, as well as a mini-fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric hobs and oven and lots of cupboard space. Situated in Leeds City Centre above a Co-op and M&S, less than 5 minutes' walk to the train station and the waterfront and canal towpath.

Bills are approximately £55 per person per calendar month. Joint tenancy would expire June/July 2021.
