Looking for a new permanent flatmate, current flatmate is moving out.

The available room includes a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and drawers. There is a spacious shared living room and kitchen, both very modern and stylish, along with a bathroom with a shower/bath. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine.

The flat is part of a gorgeous development by the river, a stone’s throw from the Calls and the Royal Armouries at Leeds Dock. Only 10 minutes walk from Leeds Bus Station, 20 mins walk from the train station, and very close to town - you’ll struggle to find a better location! The building is well-maintained and has a lift. The area is also quiet in spite of how close it is to the centre!

I’m a professional working in the city centre looking to live with a professional / postgrad student. I like a chill night in with Netflix on, but also a good night out every now and again! I like music and travelling too.

6 MONTHS MINIMUM CONTRACT. No parking space at the property. No pets. Bills not included in rent. Will require referencing by the agency.
