Bright and Clean room in Stylish Apartment

Hey I'm Lars :)

Me and my partner Hyunju are looking for a new lodger for our lovely modern apartment. We hope to have a friendly relationship with the new person and be able to sometimes enjoy going out for a drink together. We also like down time and to respect your space after a long day at work. We’re interested in football, travel, wine, gardening, cooking, music and politics amongst other things.

We are looking for a flatmate that is very clean and reasonably quiet (we are not massive party animals so would look for someone similar). Not looking for someone who is a night owl, we work most days and are usually in bed quite early so are seeking someone with a similar lifestyle. The flat has a bright minimal feel so hope to find someone who would enjoy living in a similar stylish space.

The apartment has two bedrooms one where for in which we live. There is a clean shared bathroom and a spacious open plan lounge/kitchen. There is parking available on site for a small monthly fee for residents and the development is the only one in central Leeds with a large private communal garden including allotments and a bbq area. Its just under 10 minutes to walk to the Corn Exchange but the area is quiet and leafy so you don't feel as though you're in the city.

Last but definitely not least you would be sharing the flat with us and our beautiful British Shorthair housecats called Kamja and Podo. They are quite chilled and not disruptive but usually have a mad five minutes every day. So we would be looking for someone who loves cats aswell and appreciates that sometimes cats do what they want to do :)
