Leeds City Centre Room Available

Hey! My name is Richard and I'm a professional web developer

I live in the centre of Leeds in a 2 bedroom apartment. My flatmate is about to move out but I am really desperate to stay in the apartment so I was looking for someone to take the room

Everything is within walking distance (the bus stop is a literal stone throw away and the city centre isn't much further)

I'm now working from home but I am incredibly easy going. I pretty much spend my time either at my desk or exercising so you would be free to pretty much do as you please
