I've been paying £525 a month on 12-month contract. My deposit was around £650 three years ago. Bills aren't included but I've paid £30-40 for electricity a month and around £40 for water every 3 months. Council tax Band A. You can choose your electricity supplier. Broadband in place, need your router+contract whichever you choose.
