It has a comfortable bed (3/4 size) and a Wi-Fi connected study area (desk with shelves and drawers). There is a wardrobe, as well as storage space under the bed. There is a shared fitted kitchen and living area.

The room is 12 sq m and comes with a desk chair, bin, curtains, full-length mirror, bulletin board & electrical outlets.

The en-suite shower room comes with shower & curtain, toilet, toilet roll holder, washbasin and mirror.

The shared kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools, cooking hobs, fridge freezer, microwave, ironing board, noticeboard, sofa, vacuum cleaner, bin, mop & bucket, oven, dustpan & brush and ventilation system.

Included in the price are heating, water, WiFi and electricity. There is 24/7 assistance, a fire system, CCTV, contents insurance, an onsite service team and secure access.
