Double Room Available

Double room with separate bathroom available, with allocated parking if you need it. 10 minute walk from the city centre in a 2 bed flat with a balcony. Looking for a clean and tidy professional aged 23-30. Available at the end of April.

The room is a double with bed, drawers, wardrobe, bedside tables etc.

The apartment has a balcony, gets sun most of the afternoon. The electricity is about £60-£70 per month, the water is about £15 per month and internet and tv (Sky Q) is £50. The council tax is band C.

I’m a professional guy, enjoy a bit of sport, the pub etc. It’s rented through a letting agency is officially available from the end of this month. You’ll have to pass some basic referencing and there is a deposit to pay, if you’ve got any questions or want to come have a look let me know.
