Flexible sublet available Leeds Dock

Hi,

Double room with private bathroom available in lovely 4th floor Leeds Dock apartment.

I am looking for tenant to take the 2nd room of my Leeds dock apartment as soon as possible. I am flexible on length of agreement because the lease is currently monthly rolling. I myself intend to remain in the property until I purchase a house, hopefully by the end of this year.

I’m a full time working professional (mostly work from home at the minute), easy-going, clean and tidy and I’m looking for someone similar to share the apartment with for the next few months.

The room itself is mostly furnished (bed, drawers, wardrobe) and the bathroom is for your exclusive use as I myself have an en-suite. The communal kitchen/living room area is fully furnished and there are basic cooking utensils and cutlery included.

Deposit would be one months rent (£450) and bills usually amount to roughly £130-140 per month. Internet is included and Freeview TV in the living room.

If you’ve any questions or want to organise a viewing (in person or video viewing) please let me know. Move in date is flexible and you would sublet from me so there is minimal paperwork.
