Fast WiFi with up to 500mbps download speed, electricity, heating, mains water and council tax (Band E) is approximately an additional £180 per month.
One car parking space is available to rent for an additional cost in the gated undercroft car park. Free bike storage is also situated in the car park. Please ask for details.
I am looking for a professional who is very clean, tidy, relaxed, friendly, sociable and will fit in well with my two present lodgers, who have been happily living here for over a year and are planning to stay for another year.
My two lodgers work in the Television and Sound Design industries. They are easy-going, young creative guys who work hard, love music, films, video games and spending time with friends.
