Candle House - Double Room

Hi - My current flatmate is planning on travelling from June until the beginning of September and we're exploring the idea of letting out her room during this period. We therefore are only interested in speaking with people who require a short term let. Please message with some information about yourself and why the short term let would work for you.

Will start taking viewings w/c 13th April

Double room available in Candle House. You'll have your own bathroom down the hallway with bath/shower. The room is currently furnished with an ottoman bed (storage below), bedside table, two chests of drawers and a large clothes rail - happy to add more. (Please note, I've recycled old photos).

The kitchen/living room is spacious and has a balcony that overlooks the canal. The kitchen has all the usual things including a dishwasher and there is a washing machine in the storage closet. The building also has a communal roof terrace.

All bills are included (council tax, electric, broadband etc). Currently have a full Sky TV package and Netflix, Disney and Prime. Parking does not come with the flat but there are (expensive) options nearby. Granary Wharf is only a few minutes from the city centre and so there are plenty of amenities nearby.

I'm a pretty laid-back type of person and interested in a lot of the usual things in life - TV & film, sports/gym, music, travel, friends etc.
