Medium bedroom available from 01May2024 (£650 per month).

Flat-share with females only and working professionals/postgraduate students.

Shared living room, kitchen and balcony. All bills included (water, electricity, council tax, broadband and TV license).

I will pop around every 2 weeks or so for the communal area (living room, bathroom and kitchen) to be cleaned.

- Cleans up after using the bathroom
- Do not use washing machine after 11pm and cooking so late at night that it disturbs the flatmate
- Do not slam doors/cupboards
- No smoking in the flat
- Guest can stay up to two weeks only.
- No pets
