Bedroom for a student only £435 in Leeds Campus

This bedroom is available only for a full time student at University of Leeds.
Available urgently from 1st September 2026 for rent one single bedroom at £435 monthly rent + electricity bill in your name as proof of address. You will be paying £50 monthly for the electricity that is your amount to pay. If the gas bill exceeds £50 monthly then the extra amount of £50 will be shared in between the other tenants.
For example: if your electricity bill arrives £90 monthly, then you will be paying £50 monthly gas and the extra amount of £40 will be shared in between the other tenants who will pay it to you.
It is a luxury four bedroom shared flat with three bathrooms in a very nice and quiet area in Leeds City Centre in the university campus.
Only 5 minutes walk from University of Leeds. The bedroom is furnished and it has a wall mounted TV and a fridge and freezer. There bathroom is shared.
The gas bill is with British gas and it is on smart meter.
Each tenant pays a bill in his name that will be £50 monthly.
The bills are very cheap and they are on consume because they are on meter. All bills are included and they will be shared in between the other tenants who will be living in the flat if they exceed £50 monthly.
Wifi is not provided because the other tenants prefer using their mobile data on their phones or having free access of University of Leeds Wifi using their username and password if they are students at University of Leeds.
One month rent deposit required that will be considered as rent payment for the last month of the tenancy agreement if there won't be any damages.
Only full time students with funding and maintenance allowance are welcome too. I am a landlord living out.
