Council tax, water, electricity and broadband comes to roughly an additional £150/person each month.
**** ABOUT THE FLAT ****
The flat is fully furnished and triple glazed (no outside noise!). It is in West Point, which is a 5 minute walk from the train station. There are 2 bars at the bottom of the building as well as Greggs, M&S and a very handy Co-Op.
The flat has a car parking space in the basement which is fob access only and requires a permit, please ask for more info.
There is also a very friendly and helpful concierge available 24h a day if you need someone to sign for a package or to ask a question.
The shared areas have a dishwasher, washing machine/drier, an ironing board & iron, and my housemate's TV.
There is a balcony adjoining the living room, complete with chairs and a table - great during summer as we get all the evening sun!
The bedroom is the biggest one in the flat! It has a king size bed, huge built in cupboard, two chests of drawers, a bedside table, a desk, and an en suite bathroom.
**** CURRENT HOUSE MATE ****
Current flatmate works in public services. She is friendly and social, particularly on weekends, however she does value her down time too, and sometimes does keep to herself in the evenings.
She would prefer to live with someone who is looking for a respectful, quiet, professional house share.
