Hello! Currently seeking a flatmate for the available single room in 1 Dock Street, Leeds, LS10. The property is very secure and has an on-site concierge, as well as an outside walkway and is very close to the city centre, with the train station being a mere ten minute walk from the property. The property is furnished and has a balcony and lovely view of the River Aire.

I am looking for a laidback, friendly, considerate individual to not just live with, but also to be friends. I'd prefer to live with a girl but it's not essential! A little about me, I am a 31-year-old professional who works in Leeds. I like watching movies, videogames, reading and hitting the bars on the weekend.
