En-suite Studio Flat for Rent (July-August)

Hi there

I'm looking to transfer my tenancy (or sublet if possible) from sometime in July to 31st August as I'm moving out of Leeds soon.

I'd be happy to pay the tenancy transferring fee (£20 if my memory serves me right), but you'll have to pay all the rent upfront. And please note that it's not possible to extend the tenancy after end of Aug.

The studio is on the ground floor and is just 10 minutes walk from the train station and high street.

It comes furnished and has plenty of storage. There's an oven, microwave and small fridge in the kitchen. There's also a washing machine for personal use.

The electricity is around £40-60 per month, water £25, and council tax around £95, but we could agree upon a fixed rate for all the bills if you like.
