Room mate wanted for this lovely flat

Hi I'm Grace, I currently live in this property and looking for someone to come in on the start of October. The price is very reasonable but bills aren't included and would need to be split (broadband, electricity, water, tv license and council tax Band C). I do work at the office 5 days a week and would prefer the other to do the same given the soon increase in energy prices but this can be negotiated. The other person has their own bathroom and I know of nearby parking for cheap. I'm a very friendly person and enjoy the gym, nights out and a night in front of the TV.
