All essential kitchenware like cutlery, plates, and pans are already provided, so no need to bring your own. The landlord is great and very responsive.
Rent and Building Works:
- Current rent: £642.50 per month (due to ongoing building works).
- Bills: Approx. £190/month (cheaper in summer).
- Rent after building works: £725 per month (expected completion around June 2025).
- I have renegotiated the rent during this period due to restricted balcony access.
- When messaging me, please confirm that you’ve read and understood the current rent and future rent increase.

About Me:
I’ve lived in this flat for 3 years with two previous flat mates. I work as a software engineer, splitting my time between the office and home (2 days in the office, 3 days from home). Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, cheerleading, and part-time coaching.

I'm looking for someone who is:

- Clean and respectful of shared spaces
- Friendly and enjoys a balance of social time and personal space
