I am a landlady and have a spare spacious double room available in LS9.

* Close to convenience store, just right in front of the house (10 seconds walk)
* Quiet & peaceful neighbourhood
* A large local park is very close to the house and is perfect for nature lovers
* Couples/ pets are considered with additional fees

- Approx. 5 mins drive/bus to Leeds city centre (the bus stop is just a min walk from the house)

- Approx. 7 mins drive to Leeds university

- Approx. 10 mins drive to Leeds train station, Hyde Park, St. James hospital, and Chapel Allerton hospital etc

- Approx. 12-15 mins drive to Headingley, Roundhay, Armley, Kirkstall, Rothwell, and Pinderfields Hospital etc

The double room is £745 per month inclusive of utility bills and super-fast internet (approx. 300-399 Mbps). The double room is in a ready-to-move-in condition and has a king size bed frame and mattress, large wardrobe, large working desk and office chair, table lamp, large bookcase, drawers, plenty of space for storage, and more (please see pics).

Shared living area, kitchen, and bathroom. I have a cleaner who comes regularly to look after all communal areas, but it will be great if you are clean and tidy :)

All white goods are provided. A large fridge and freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, cookware, and cutlery etc.
