I work professionally within banking/training and spend a lot of my spare time involved in music production and creative projects. The flat is generally very relaxed, independent and low-drama.
This is a lived-in professional home rather than a showroom or party flat, so it would best suit somebody respectful, self-sufficient and comfortable with personal space and independent lifestyles.
I’m neurodivergent (ADHD/autism), so clear communication, mutual respect and a calm atmosphere are important to me. The environment is very open-minded, creative-friendly and 420-friendly.
Someone who is neurodivergent themselves - or simply understanding and respectful of neurodiversity and different ways people function - would likely be the best fit for the environment here.
