Double room in gorgeous Leeds Dock flat

My flatmate is sadly moving home so i am looking for someone to take over her tenancy.

The flat is on Leeds Dock with a corner balcony and lots of windows, its very bright and spacious. The room is a double with a bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers and an en suite with a bath.

I am a 25 year old who works 9-5 in asset management. I tend to do about 3-4 days in the office and work from home for the rest. I also am studying towards my CFA exams, so spend half the year far busier and more stressed than i do the other half! I would ideally like someone who works similar days/hours.

Outside of work, I enjoy running, gym and catching up with friends &family. I am sociable, i enjoy going out/festivals/any kind of activity/outdoors stuff, and one of my favourite things in the world to do is have friends round for nibbles and wine. I also enjoy cooking, although now I work full time my cooking is much less inspiring than when I was a student!

I am looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and just someone I will generally get on with and be able to have a chat after work with/cook eachother meals/have a little drink on the balcony etc. Also, as I said i like having people over (but not really more than once or twice a week) so a new flatmate would have to be happy with this, and of course I would be happy with my flatmate having people round too as long as it wasn’t all the time, and late at night when i have work the next day.
