One double bedroom in a 2 bedroom flat in city cen

Flat is secured with lock for the building entrance. You could not find a place closer to town. Train station is 3 min walk. You get literally everything in 5 min walking distance. Mail boxes on the ground floor on entrance.
You get a nice fairly spacious double bedroom with new mattress(it's the old mattress in the picture. We already have the new one delivered) and a chest drawer and a cloth hanging rack.
The flat has 2 washrooms, so basically we get our own.
We share the kitchen and lounge which is spacious and bright.
Rent is £850pp (including water, electricity, WiFi, council tax). I have WiFi installed. Since I'm looking for short term, it'll be charged including everything.
Myself : I have been living here for about 3 years. I'm a very clean person. Prefer to have a clean person as well. Would appreciate keeping kitchen, lounge and bathroom clean. Not a party person so wouldn't encourage having parties in the flat. But having friends to hangout is perfectly fine. I like to have a quiet space mostly.
