Friendly flat in Leeds city center

READ THIS: I’m a non-binary poc creative, and I want to prioritize immigrants and queer peers to give them an affordable house.

It’s a lovely flat located in LS2 with a nice view of the canal. It’s only 5 minutes walk away from the city centre (shopping centre, train station, bus station, etc.) and it’s 3 min walk away from wharf chambers ;)

The rent is £317, NOT including council tax and bills. You will be required to pay for council taxes regardless of your occupation (including student). Including taxes and bills, it’s rarely gone over £450. The deposit is £450.

A bit more about who you’re going to live with: I work in the creative sector. I enjoy watercolor painting, guitar playing, contemporary dancing, cooking, skateboarding, and making friends with likeminded people :) would love to have a movie night on Sunday or go to wharf chambers with the flat! And Crystal just graduated law school currently working and enjoy just chilling.. and she doesn’t want to disclose more to strangers.. well we’re both poker face comedians so hope you have a good sense of humor too!
