The flat is incredibly well decorated and amazing for the price. It is located just across from the armouries and a 5 minute walk into the city centre.
The room is a lot bigger than it looks, plenty of space to get all furniture needed in
Just to be aware the flat is unfurnished so own bedroom furniture will need to be supplied, I will be selling everything cheap though so happy to work out a deal if needed.
Current roommate is a lovely 25 year old professional male, likes to socialise but also his own space
