Looking for a new roommate as my current roommate is moving out.
The rent and bills together come to around £670 each give or take.
The flat is incredibly well decorated and amazing for the price. It is located just across from the armouries and a 5 minute walk into the city centre.
Please note, the reason for it being cheaper than most flats at the docks is it is unfurnished so you would need to supply your own bedroom furniture.
My current roommate is willing to sell all his bedroom furniture pretty cheap.
I have everything else to furnish the rest of the flat which I am more than happy for you to use.
There is also building works currently going on due to the building having its cladding replaced which can be noisy at times but should only be going on for another few months.
