Living room/kitchen are open plan with one sofa, integrated washing machine, 50/50 fridge freezer, oven and hob, coffee table/rug, desk.
Great location; very close to the centre, 5mins to bus station, 15mins to train station, close to the royal armouries and TransPennine trail. Close to crown point shopping centres (M&S, Argos, etc) in around 5mins, which makes it a really great location.
Facilities: the intercom links to your mobile phone, so you can open the main door for deliveries, even if you’re not in. There is communal laundry room, which I’ve never used but I’d be happy to share the door code for this. There is bike parking outside and car park spaces are available to rent from an external agency.
It's EPC energy rated: C. Council Tax band: A. The bills will amount to around £200 per month (includes estimated cost of electricity, council tax, water, internet).
Short term lets will be considered if you are able to move in on 3rd January and money will be required up front for the length of time you'd like to stay (1month minimum rent).
