Double room & own bathroom, city centre flat

Cosy double room bedroom located on the 5th floor of an apartment block 10 minutes walk from the city centre, and 15 from the train station. The room isn’t an ensuite but the bathroom pictured would be completely yours, and is directly opposite from the bedroom.

Flat is fully furnished, really warm even during the coldest periods and never had any issues with noise. There is scaffolding currently outside but thankfully should be completely gone by April. While bills are technically separate, it tends to top out around £700 for everything (Wifi, electricity, council tax at band D, water). Underground parking is available but costs extra.

I’m a designer working hybrid so I’m around some of the time but usually wearing headphones when I’m in if I’m working. I currently rent in the property but looking to renew to stay on with a new flatmate that’s preferably a clean living professional who’s happy with their own space, but up for hanging out and socialising from time to time.
