Room 2: The double room is in a ready-to-move-in condition and has a king size bed frame and mattress, large wardrobe, large working desk and office chair, table lamp, large bookcase, drawers, coat rack, plenty of space for storage, and more (please see pics).

Shared living area, kitchen, and bathroom. I have a cleaner who comes regularly to look after the house and all communal areas. It is essential for me to know that my house is in good hands so I am looking for a clean and tidy tenant.

The kitchen is equipped with all white goods. A large fridge and freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, cookware & dining sets etc are provided.

I am looking for a considerate and respectful tenant. The house is well maintained by myself and my cleaner - the prospective tenant MUST be clean and tidy.

This is a pet-friendly household.
