Hi it’s a fully furnished modern flat includes tv in the living room; sofa, two dining tables one in kitchen another in living room , washing machine, wardrobes , dishwasher in a discounted price of 550 (its original price was 750) n it excludes water n electricity n wifi bills. If you’re a student you don’t have to pay for council tax which is 210 each. So the other bills can be 100 or 150 + depending on our usage so 600 + 100= 700 excluding council tax . If you’re working n not a student total will be 550+210 n the other bills will be divided between us n it also has a big balcony that has a table n chairs w a lot of sunlight coming in the living room
