Description
My current roommate has decided to return to her home country, leaving me in search of a new roommate to share the rent!
The house is conveniently located within five minutes of the train station and a 15-minute walk from Morrison, making it ideal for office workers. It features a spacious terrace and overlooks a small river, boasting picturesque high-rise views. With hot water and heating included, you won't have to worry about hefty winter bills. However, the landlord expects responsible usage to avoid excessive waste, but normal usage is perfectly fine.
Rent is £1300 per month, inclusive of gas and water, with an energy rating of B. Electricity costs only £100 a month, while internet is £20 a month. Council tax is at level D, bringing the per capita cost down to £800 per month. The property comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
I'm easy to get along with, and my previous roommates can attest to our harmonious living arrangements. I enjoy cooking and prioritize cleanliness, so I hope to find a roommate who shares these values. While I'm open to occasional guests, particularly of the male persuasion, overnight stays should be infrequent.
We'll split the council tax, and the rental period begins in early July for a minimum of six months.
If you're also seeking accommodation around the same time and are interested in sharing a room, let's discuss it further. Moving is a hassle, especially with a lot of belongings, so I'm keen on staying put if possible. Additionally, if you're considering options in the city center with comparable costs, I'm open to exploring those as well.
