This is a spacious and cozy room with large windows and rich storage space, you can enjoy the sunshine in the morning. It’s on a STUDENT ONLY contract. It’s 5mins walk to Laidlaw Library, Tesco, and the university, 10 mins walk to Morrisons, very convenient for students. It on the first floor of a house with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (separate for males and females). Quilt and kitchenwares are provided. Roommates are all full-time students and are friendly and easy to talk to. My contract ends at end of June and it can be renewed.
