Very cheap student studio

Available from 27th July to 31 August. 21m² student studio, 1st floor, all bill concluded! Very near University of Leeds and Leeds Becket University, 7-10mins walk! Garden, private bathroom, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, oven! Safe and cheap (pre257pw now 120pw). Full time student only. Need to sign the official contract with the accommodation company (A little bit complex and confusing but to make sure your money will not be defrauded: You send 257x5 weeks =1285 plus 250 deposit via official residence portal, and I will give back the 1285-120x5=1285-600=685 to you after I receive the return from the accommodation company)( If signing the contract before 15th June I think I can receive the return before I leave. So that make sure I won’t cheat you…ahahahaha)
