Currently looking for 2 flatmates to join me in a 3 bedroom flat. My current flatmates are moving out at the end of the contract and I will love to renew the contract but need to buddy up to be able to rent as a group. The flat is a modern airy and bright flat with all bills included. It is 12 minutes walk to leeds beckett and 15 minutes to the train station. It's 10 minutes to the city center. There is an on street parking and available packing in the Compound with a special arrangement. Please feel free to contact me.
