About accommodation: The accommodation is within 10 minutes of Leeds City Centre and is in the very desirable Leeds Dock area. It is a fully-furnished 2-bed,2-bath apartment with a shared lounge and kitchen. It also includes a nice balcony that overlooks the Aire river, the Royal Armouries museum and the A61. A 42-inch LCD tv, Oven, flat-top electric hob, microwave and a washer-dryer are some of the amenities that come with the property. The room that is available in the property is an ensuite and comes with a double-bed (with side-tables on either side), a large wardrobe and a TV. The bathroom consists of a sink, a large mirror, closet and shower area.

About potential house-mate: I am looking for a working professional who's budget (excluding bills) is at least 600£/month (640£/month if availing parking) and planning to be based in Leeds at least until September 2025. I like to keep all common spaces in the flat clean and tidy and would appreciate a healthy contribution towards the same from my house-mate.

About me: I work as a Condition Monitoring engineer for an energy firm and have been based in Leeds for a little over a year. I plan on staying in Leeds for the long term and would love to continue in this accommodation as it is a great flat in an ideal location while being only a stone's throw from the city centre. I love engineering, cooking and exploring new places and have recently developed an interest in karting (The Teamsport Leeds circuit is only a 20 min walk away ;)). I go to the office Monday-Friday and am home (or out exploring xD) during the weekends. I live a good night out but also enjoy my time indoors preferrably with some home cooked Indian food and Netflix :)
