Spare Room in Affordable City Centre Flat

Two 25 year olds looking for a young professional aged between 24-27 to rent a room in Leeds City Centre . The rent is incredibly affordable considering the location and bills are not that much more on top! The room is the second largest and the bathroom is shared with one other tenant. The flat comes with a balcony which is lovely for summer drinks and natural light. We are looking for a clean, tidy flatmate that works (roughly) 9-5 hours, Mon-Fri.
