I am a postgraduate student at Leeds University and I have an apartment contract until 30 August. But I don't need to live here anymore, so I'd like to rent it out. You can start rent it at any time but the end date must be 30 August(The rule of the apartment agency when you sign the official contract). The room has a separate washing
machine, a reception and is conveniently located15 minutes' walk from the city centre. But this apartment is only for student. Sign the contract with official agency but not me individually so you wii feel reliable to have this accommodation.
