Double room in a super spacious 2 bedroom flat

I have recently rented a flat with my friend in Leeds docks area. I will be traveling from mid August to late September, so looking for someone to sublet my room to during this period. You'll be sharing the flat with a female housemate, she's a full time working professional and a very sweet person.
The flat is super spacious and at a walking distance from Leeds docks area and city centre. Separate bathroom for the room, no sharing with anyone. It includes parking space as well. The best thing is, whole flat is being refurbished so it'll be brand new before August. If interested, I can share the pictures once refurbishment is all done. (Note: the room comes with a wardrobe and I'll be adding some extra storage as well)
The rent is £550 excluding the bills but open to negotiate the bills.
