Double room in City Centre Apartment // £648 pcm

Hi, I'm looking for a new housemate to share this lovely 2-bed apartment with me. I have been living here for 4 months already, however my current flatmate is moving away.

I'm a 25 y/o young professional who enjoys walks and going out to eat! It would be lovely to find someone who would like to hang out sometimes in the evenings and weekends (although I respect the need for alone time too!). Looking for someone who also values a clean and tidy space.

The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe and small bedside table. The bathroom is shared, with a bath/shower and storage. There is a cosy shared living and kitchen area, with loads of cupboard space and natural light. The flat is very modern and was brand new when we moved in. Incredible location (5 minutes to the train station). Washing Machine/dryer and Dishwasher also included. The building also has a small private gym (inclusive of the rent) and a shared terrace area.

Bills are not included. The flat is tax band E.
