The flat is located at the top of call lane and next to the corn exchange, with a great view. There is also a private decked courtyard. Purge Gym, Las Iguanas, and Red Trues BBQ right below. There is also an entrance/exit straight onto call lane. Flat is on the 3rd floor and the building does have a lift. The train station is also a short walk away (5-10mins).
Despite being located near call lane the noise at night can hardly be heard. (Apart from when it is extremely busy on Saturday nights and the windows are open but it has never been so loud it's been an issue eg. affecting sleep.)
