The flat consists of:
- Your room (en suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink; super-king bed; wardrobe; bedside drawers; chest of drawers; and your own balcony. There is the potential option for a bookcase/desk from outgoing flatmate TBC, but the room did not come with this)

- Hallway with a cupboard containing the washing machine, boiler, etc.

- Shared open-plan kitchen and living room area (sink, oven, electric hobs, extractor fan, dishwasher, dining table, sofa area, TV)

- Shared balcony (accessed via the door in the living room)

- My room (also a large double with my own bathroom in the hallway)

The space: a compact, lovely space with plenty of natural light. It's warm and well-insulated (from cold and sound!).

The area: The Gateway complex is a friendly community. It has 24-hour security and a lovely concierge team who look after any deliveries that don't fit in the mailbox. There's also an on-site gym. It's a short walk to the city centre, train station, and Leeds docks area.

Please note: Bills for broadband internet, water, electricity and council tax (Band D) are to be paid in addition to rent.

The successful new flatmate will need to cooperate with the letting agency to complete paperwork, contract (currently looking at a 12 month contract), and go through their referencing system. Proof of income is required to sign the lease.

There is one parking space provided with the flat, to be shared between us.
