Double Room Leeds Dock

Double room immediately available on a rolling tenancy in a spacious flat at Leeds Dock. The room is fully furnished with a large wardrobe and bed with additional storage, and you would have use of your own bathroom (non ensuite). The large shared living area has a fully fitted kitchen (including dishwasher and washing machine), dining table, storage and living space with a 50 inch TV! There is also a balcony with views over the Dock. The flat is a 15 minute walk into the city centre, and parking is available nearby for £90 per month.

I am looking for a chill, considerate and friendly person to hopefully be friends as well as live with! I moved to Leeds a year ago after living in China for 4 years, and I enjoy travel, gaming and football. I work 9-5 during the week, and I’m always down for doing something on an evening or weekend!

Happy to live with a male or female, but no couples please. Cute pets are welcome too!
