Looking for flatmate - double room in city centre

I’m looking for a flatmate to move into my modern city centre flat share.

Located in The Gateway North, the flat is a stone’s throw away from the city centre and Leeds Dock, meaning you’re only a short walk away from the train station, bus station and everything Leeds has to offer.

With my flatmate moving out, you would be moving into their spacious double room. The room is fully furnished and comes with its own bathroom across the corridor.

The building has its own gym across the courtyard, 24/7 concierge and underground car parking (at an extra cost).

A little about me - I’m 28, originally from Leeds and work in local government. When I’m not working, you can find me out on a run, enjoying a drink and a football debate with friends at the pub, dancing along at a gig or perfecting my Letterboxd reviews after a trip to the cinema.

A little more about the flat - the bedroom and kitchen-living room are fully furnished, including a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Bills not included.
