My current flatmate is moving out so I'm looking for someone to take over the tenancy ☺️. The room can be available to move into anywhere from 21st October - 28th November.
The room available is a furnished king sized room with a brand new king mattress, built in wardrobe and has a private ensuite! This is a beautiful quiet building and never empty for long ...Please read below before contacting:
- This is only available for a single tenant. No couples or families due to tenancy agreement of the flat ✖️
- No pets allowed (but occasionally my sister's dogs do pay a visit!) 🐶
- 1 Parking space is available if you need it and the price is included in our rent 🚘
- I have fully furnished the apartment 🏠. However the new tenant will need their own kitchenware and bedding.
- Amenities include: washer, dryer, microwave oven, induction hob and oven, coffee machine, waffle maker, toaster, PS5, 50" TV with Now TV, Prime, Disney +, Netflix, etc. Iron, Steamer, ironing board, Bike storage, local gym discounts.
- In the available room you'll have: king bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe 🛏️. View overlooking the Leeds canal and river
- The property is enclosed with 24/7 security and just a 7 minute walk to the train station 🚊
- Successful applicants will need to pass financial credit checks run by the letting agency before they can receive a contract 💳
Bills (subject to change if tariffs, usage or rent increases beyond my control)
- Council tax per person: £85 monthly
- Electricity per person: £60 monthly
- Water per person: £68 per quarter
- Broadband fibre per person: £16.50 per month
Additional bills to consider (depending if you want to use these)
- TV license (quarterly)
- Streaming subscriptions in the living room (monthly)
- PlayStation plus for gaming (monthly)
