I have a double bed room to rent in Denison Hall. Great location for Leeds uni and short walk into town
I'm a postgrad medical student in 4th year. I enjoy the outdoors, particularly getting out on my road bike, running and swimming. I recently joined a padel club with a friend and waiting for it to fully open in Leeds! I have a busy schedule as I work some weekends and random shifts in hospitals in Leeds and Hull.
I'm clean and tidy and want to live with someone who is the same. I don't mind living with either a masters/postgrad student or a professional
- £765 per month - All bills included in the price - water, electric, gas, wifi, tv license (excluding council tax - no cost if you're a student, will need to discuss if you're not a student/exempt from council tax - Council Tax Band D)
- Your own bathroom with bath/shower/toilet/sink opposite the room
- Parking in gated grounds, maintained garden space
- Second floor flat with views over the roof tops for excellent sunsets!
