A lovely double room is available in a shared flat in Leeds city centre, very close to the bus station/Kirkgate market/Playhouse theatre and incredibly convenient for all your Leeds-based needs. The room is furnished with a double bed (including mattress), two bedside cabinets, a large chest of drawers, a clothes rail and a set of Kallax 2x4 shelves, with plenty of room for more furniture if necessary. The room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Parking is also included in the rent, with the option to rent out the space.

I'm a Graphic Designer and currently go into the office 4 days a week and WFH one day. I enjoy sketching, being outdoors, catching up with friends and trying out new food spots! I like to keep the flat tidy and I am ideally looking for someone friendly who can also respect the shared living space.
