Beautiful double room with en suite

Looking for someone to take over the remainder of my flat mates tenancy within our gorgeous 2 bedroom flat in SOYO, due to end in July 25.

The flat is bright, modern & spacious with big windows looking over Headrow, often having gorgeous sunsets. The shared space is in the middle of both bedrooms with an open plan kitchen & living space.

The bedroom available is private with a queen sized bed, bedside table, large built in wardrobe, drawers and an en suite with a walk in shower. The building is pet friendly and my 2 lovely cats are currently on the tenancy but would consider someone who comes with a dog and changing the tenancy depending on the situation as my cats spend a lot of time at my parents.

The building is brand new having been completed in January 24. There are communal areas, co working spaces, gym included, rooftop (still awaiting furniture), bike shed, frequent events to meet other tenants and a lovely concierge staff that create a wholesome community. There is an underground car park but I don’t think there are any available spaces, however there are alternative options nearby.

Within the monthly rental price includes fast WIFI and the communal gym. Bills are 50% split and on top of the rental cost.

I am a 26 year old who works in accounting and on my final level of exams so spend quite a lot of time studying/taking exams. I work from home most of the time either at my desk in my room or downstairs in the co working space, with going into the office about 1 day a week.

In my free time I love keeping busy and being outdoors/out of the flat, I enjoy the gym, swimming, playing & watching most sports, being social and catching up with friends/family. I like to go out, visiting new holiday destinations, meeting new people and going to festivals. I equally love relaxing in the flat, cooking nice dinners, watching series/films and drinking wine. Would be looking for someone who has similar interests to me and like minded.

I am looking for someone who is clean, respectful, open minded, understanding and just someone I will get on with and be able to have a good living arrangement with some similar interests but can respect each others space first and foremost. I like to make food for my friends and have a civilised drink in the flat sometimes but not often, so I would need my flatmate to be okay with this and of course I would accept the same for them if they had a friend/s round.
