This flat is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat, you will be renting a lovely ensuite bedroom. We've made a lovely cozy home and I am looking for a kind, friendly and tidy roommate.
I am a young professional working in Leeds city centre from Monday to Friday, and I sometimes work from home. I am very easy going, kind and tidy. In my free time, I like to watch TV, cook delicious meals, go to the gym, do some painting, and hang out with friends.
The price will be £550pcm, and bills are not included. The location of this flat is great, 7 mins walk from the Leeds Train Station. Sainsburys and M&S food are only 5 to 10 mins walk away. Also, a wonderful view from the balcony.
