I've just come back from Australia after a year travelling and now looking to get settled in Leeds.
I am looking for someone who is more of a mate then just a housemate. Always up for a beer, Netflix night, gym, going out, staying in.
I work with Mon - Fri in the office and chill out most time in the midweek.
Your room comes furnished, on an adjacent floor with own bathroom. Looking to move into here in Mid October.
Comes with a parking space & gym access!
With bills you are probably looking at £150 extra plus the £1125 rent.
I would say am extremely tidy and considerate of peoples space!
