Looking for someone, preferabily professional, but open to almost anyone, to move in starting mid-December in the 2 bedroom flat that I currently live in. The flat comes with 2 bathrooms, one of them being en-suite. If you are willing to move in, the en-suite bedroom will be yours! I am a 26 y/o woman, working in Leeds City Centre, full-time. The flat is based behind Royal Armouries, around 10-20 minutes aways from city centre, train station and Crown Point by foot, so the location is more than perfect. The rent is £995/month, with bills (electric, broadband and council tax - band D) being £177/month, therefore your share per month would be around £674.50. The flat comes fully furnished, including the 2nd bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side table.
