I have been living in this two bed property by myself for couple of months and now wanting to let the second room for short term (upto five months) with possibility of extension.

This is a two bed flat on first floor with sharing bathroom, kitchen and living hall.

The location is placed at the heart of city centre as you got your grocery stores, pubs, restaurants, gym, bus stop and station, literally everything within walking distance.
For anyone commuting from Leeds, you got train station within 13min walk.
